KF Power Fitness was founded in 2022 by Pierre Kadima Kalonji and Krisztina Fabo with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. Whether it is our own line of fitness facilities or corporate facilities, our goal is to work with our clients to provide them the most effective solutions specific to their needs.
At KF Power Fitness, we are passionate about fitness and well-being. Our company was born from a desire to help communities come together around a common goal of being healthier and happier. We are well aware that health and wellness are extremely important but that too often in our busy lives mean that they get sacrificed. Our approach is centered around flexibility, accessibility and comprehensiveness (we call it our 360-degree approach).
We recognize that every client is unique and therefore we work closely with our corporate partners to provide them with the most effective solutions to their needs and their organization structure. What We Do
We create a fitness experience that is conducive to adopting a healthy lifestyle—exercise, nutrition and mindset—and maintaining it for good, thus breaking away from the yo-yo cycle plaguing many people. More than a fitness center, we create a community that is fun, innovative and welcoming to all irrespective of fitness level.
